Love

Four years of marriage, congratulations! (07/08/2015)

Love comes to an end only when one has to ask for it. Love does not complain, it does not beg, it does not myrrh and it does not diminish. Love as love is love and is or is or is not. Love when it exists is on the wall of the house, the living room rug, the bookcase frame, and the bedroom lamp.

He is in every setting, even more modest, sitting on the floor waiting for the discussion to end, hidden behind tiredness waiting for sleep and dreams to come but is present in all things. Love when it is love needs the other. It needs the other if it doesn’t hurt, it hurts the head and the hands and the eyes and the hair. It hurts because the heart is the whole body, and even the soul is heavy as the school bag.

Love when it is love needs to see each other smile and that’s just how you take a deep breath, well and always. You need to feel that you are responsible for the other’s happiness, you need to surprise, you need to embrace, sometimes you just need to be close even if you say nothing because it is in the silence of your loved ones that the world’s greatest secrets are discovered and the greatest mysteries of life are solved. Love when it’s love stays.

If you ran away it wasn’t love, if you left it wasn’t love, if it was stained it was love and then you slowly wipe it off and heal yourself carefully. Stay and give your hand, stay and pick up all the pieces, stay to say that tomorrow will be better even if you lie, stay because you dress in hope. Love when it is love is often exaggerated and reckless, because it wants everything so much and so strongly.

You don’t want anyone to take you, you don’t want anyone to blow you to cool you, you don’t want anyone to change you, you don’t want anyone to corrupt you. Love when it is love has some tears and some pain because it does not fit your hands, runs away like crazy, cries again like a child, makes us rags and kings and is not always easy to read.
