Longer days, with more light, allows people have better well being.
I might say that in the summer we see people in the bars till late, and healthcare facilities are more empty, which is a good sign.

And also, remember our immunity system need D Vitamine, which helps the production of calcium and the control of blood pressure, etc.
But, no way to be at the sun an entire day, 15 minutes is suficient to reset the nutrient in our organism. To whom is not keen with the sun, what about a pool? That’s what I do.
